Frequenty Asked Questions

  1. What can I expect from our consult call?

    • The consultation call is an opportunity for me to hear more about what you are looking for in starting therapy and for you to ask questions that will help you make a decision that feels right for you. It also gives me a chance to share with you about me, how I approach therapy, what to expect, and sometimes, we can discuss logistics if that feels appropriate. My main hope is that we can see if we will be a good fit to work together.

  2. Who do you see?

    • Currently, I have limited availability for individual adult clients.

  3. Do you accept insurance?

    • I am in-network with Premera Blue Cross, and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement for other insurance carriers.

  4. What is a superbill?

    • A superbill is a detailed, itemized receipt provided by a healthcare provider to a patient for services rendered, especially for out-of-network or self-pay visits. It contains all the information an insurance company needs to process a reimbursement claim, such as the provider's credentials, patient information, dates of service, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes. Patients then submit this superbill to their insurance company to receive reimbursement for some or all of their out-of-pocket expenses.

  5. Where will we meet?

    • Telehealth visits via secure HIPAA-compliant platform

  6. What are your rates?

    • Individual therapy session, 50min, $160
